Junior Camogie

On Sunday 10th July, our junior camogie panel played their Junior C League Final against Midleton at Castle Road. This match was a replay, their previous encounter some weeks earlier having ended in a draw. Midleton took the lead with an early point but Aislinn replied with a point from play followed by two points from Chloe. Midleton scored a second point but scores from Siobhan, Abbie and Chloe saw Rovers lead at the half time whistle 06 to 02. Rovers came out equally strong in the second half and scored five points without reply to win on a scoreline of 0 11 to 02. Well done to both teams on a good, competitive game.
