This is an urgent call for assistance from the Car Boot Sale committee.
Can you spare an hour on a few occasions throughout the year?
Each month, the Car Boot Sale acts as a major fundraiser for our community. Each month, volunteers from across the community assist in running the event. The tasks include collection of entry fee at the gate, assisting with parking, and the tidy-up from 12.30pm/1pm. Other tasks include helping at the Parish Stall, helping at the Tea Stall, or promoting Bride Rovers Lotto Ticket sales. As you can see, there's a job for everyone!!
The gates open at 6.00am and the sale generally finishes between 1pm and 2pm. You need only help out for an hour or so. Many people doing so on a number of occasions each year will make the task easier for everyone.
