Our new robot mower has been busy keeping our three pitches at Pynes trim and cut over the last month since being installed. It works away when nobody is watching!
Today, it just needed a little break, so it made its way to the newly-installed dug-outs for a break or for a shelter from the showers!
Last week, an important reminder was issued to all teams who use Pynes Field.
As you know, a robot mower has been installed in Pynes to cut all three fields. This came at a significant investment to our club, and therefore, we want to limit the potential of any damage to the mower or the facility (netting, etc).
The club executive asks all players, mentors, and spectators to please *strictly adhere* to the following.
1. Juvenile goals must be removed from the pitches and placed on the hard-core area near the container 2. Nets must be tied up on the big goalposts. The mower is great at cutting grass but gets tangled up and damaged in nets. 3. All rubbish must be picked up after your game/session (bottles, cans, broken hurleys, tapes, bandages, stones, cones sliotars, general rubbish, etc.
